Mrs. Henderson brings both heart and expertise to Childcare That Works. As a passionate educator and speech pathologist, she holds:
- A Bachelor of Science from Texas Southern University (HBCU)
- A Master’s in Speech Pathology from California State University, Northridge
- A Master’s in Education from Houston Baptist University
Her vision is simple yet deeply impactful: to create a welcoming, nurturing space where every child feels safe, seen, and valued while providing families with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their child is in capable, compassionate hands. She believes that quality childcare should adapt to the realities of modern working life, offering flexible, dependable support that empowers parents and fosters each child’s full potential.
